About Fatou
Fatou Soumahoro is client service oriented, and dedicated to making sure she gives the absolute best to every individual. With a background in accounting and as a tax preparer, she brings keen attention to detail to each transaction and has a deep understanding of the financial implications of renting or buying real estate. Her goal is to educate clients while communicating every step of the way as they search for their new residence. Originally from the Ivory Coast, Fatou graduated from CUNY, Baruch College Zicklin School of Business with a Bachelor degree in Accounting. She pursued her Master degree in Taxation from 2021 to 2022. Also CPA Candidates . She worked in the field and then pursued her passion for real estate to enhance the level of service she can provide her clients. Honesty, integrity, enthusiasm and excellent negotiation skills build trust and make her customer's experience more rewarding. Fatou specializes in rentals throughout NYC and lives in Upper Manhattan, her home of 24+ years. She speaks French and English, and volunteers in her spare time.
