Andrew’s professional journey began in the1970’s as a taxi driver, ultimately rising to serve as the Director of the NYC Taxi & FHV Driver Institute at LaGuardia Community College (CUNY). During his tenure, Andrew oversaw programs that trained over 7,000 drivers annually, while leading transformative initiatives such as ©Taxi Yoga, Taxi Charm Schools, and safety collaborations with the NYPD. His entrepreneurial achievements include founding Total Compliance Solutions LLC and consulting on accessibility and transportation reforms throughout the city.

Today, Andrew applies his passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and client advocacy to New York City real estate.
