Dewon Jones has called New York home for nearly two decades. During this time, he has developed a deep understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods, cultures, and communities—relationships he values and continues to nurture. A licensed real estate agent for ten years, Dewon is committed to delivering exceptional client service and creating seamless, results-driven real estate experiences.

Dewon’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by watching his mother manage properties and operate her own real estate endeavors. The foundational principles he learned in his youth now guide his professional approach, shaping his strategies and strengthening his dedication to his clients.

After relocating to New York, Dewon attended LIM College, where he studied the business side of the fashion industry. His background spans customer service, retail sales, merchandising, management, public relations, and marketing—skills that naturally enhance his ability to market properties, negotiate effectively, and provide a refined client experience. He believes every real estate transaction is more than a deal; it is a meaningful, life-changing milestone, and he is committed to doing the work that delivers outcomes his clients truly value.

Before entering real estate, Dewon served as Director of Interns for Fashion Week and worked as a recruiting liaison for models and designers, collaborating closely with various fashion industry professionals. He also coordinated events for a staffing agency he started focused on college students and youth programs throughout New York City. Dewon remains active in the community, partnering with charitable organizations, city officials, a list of private foundations, city volunteer programs across the five boroughs and a member of the commumity board in his district.

Known for his outgoing personality and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Dewon takes pride in building authentic relationships. He is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is also the founder of a New York–based home décor company, and a passionate enthusiast of jazz, fine wine, and global cuisine. In his spare time, Dewon enjoys helping others acheive their goals, personal time in nature, and exploring the arts.
