About Haruka

My name is Haruka Ue and I’m a bilingual English-Japanese real estate professional specializing in Manhattan neighborhoods including Midtown, Chelsea, SoHo, the West Village, and Flatiron. My approach to real estate is shaped by a truly multicultural and diverse professional background: I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kyoto University in Japan before moving to New York City to study Fashion Marketing at Parsons School of Design. I’ve also worked in fashion design, bartending, serving, and social media management—experiences that strengthened my communication, people skills, creativity, adaptability, and ability to understand what makes a place feel like home. As a former Rotary International ambassadorial scholar, I was selected for academic excellence and communication skills and served from 2012–2013 to help bridge New York City and my hometown of Fukuoka, Japan.
